The WLA Warranty

Our warranty has no fine print. Everything leaving our factory floor carries a lifetime guarantee against material flaws and manufacturing defects. If a part breaks, malfunctions, or wears out under normal use, we will repair or replace it. We want you focused on the build, confident your hardware is backed for as long as you own it.

Just use common sense. This covers regular use on the bench and at the range. If you use a barrel as a pry bar, that's on you.


Return Policy 

If something isn't right with your order, fill out the form below so we can get it sorted. We don't do customer service runarounds — we just get your bench moving again.


Changed your mind?

If you bought the wrong spec or realized you don't need the part, you have 30 days to send it back. Fill out the form below, and we’ll give you the shipping details for a refund or store credit.


Defective hardware

If a component is genuinely defective, we don't leave you hanging. We will ship a replacement immediately and send you a prepaid label to return the defective part to our factory.


Move fast

If you need to cancel an order, submit the form before it leaves our floor. If you catch it in time, we’ll void the transaction immediately. We ship exceptionally fast, so if you made a mistake, you need to beat the truck.

Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?

Your order will be issued a tracking number as soon as it has been packed and a shipping label created.  Please make sure your email address is correct on your account.

I've received my tracking number, but it isn't active yet.

Your tracking number generally doesn’t activate until it is scanned by the shipping company. Sometimes, especially with USPS, this may not happen at pickup.  If you have been issued a tracking number, rest assured that you order is on the way, and check back later.

How do I know the item is in stock?

If you can order the item, it is in stock.  On the extremely rare occasion that we run out before your order is picked, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

The item I want is out of stock or I need a higher quantity than is in stock.

I have received my order, but it is damaged or missing an item.

Please fill out the form above immediately , and do not discard your packaging. We’ll get replacement parts out to you immediately.

How do I know my parts are made in the USA?

Most of the parts we sell, we make, so we are positive as to their origin!  For the components that we do not manufacture in house, we only source from trusted friends in the industry.  We have been to their facilities and seen them manufacture the parts.  Many of these parts are used for contract orders where USA made parts are required.  We are very careful about the origin of anything that we sell.

Why won't you ship a lower receiver directly to my house?

All serialized lower receivers are considered firearms by the ATF.  The ATF requires that we ship only to licensed firearms dealers.  We will ship to the dealer of your choice, however any fees charged by the dealer to transfer to you, are between you and the dealer.  Please make sure that you have communicated with your dealer prior to placing an order.

First Responder Discount

White Label Armory offers a 10% discount to the military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders. 

This discount is applied at the time of purchase once verification has been processed. Exceptions do apply, and White Label Armory reserves the right to change this discount at any time. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers on our website unless specified. This includes a volume discount for Dealers.

How to Apply for a Discount: If you are military, law enforcement or first responder, please create an account and then submit an email to info@whitelabelarmory.com. Make sure to add the subject of “Military/Law Enforcement/First Responders Discount” in the email. Attach verification to the email. Once verified, we will update your account to receive discounted pricing.

Verification Requirements: If you are a retired military/veteran, please submit Form DD214. For active-status military, please upload any certificate or document that shows your branch and full name. Law enforcement and first responders, please submit ID card verification.

Please note that we can not apply discounts to orders that have already been placed or shipped.
